What NEXUS is—and what it is not.

It is designed for Owners, General Contractors, Subcontractors, and construction operations teams.

Current workflow areas

Project and company discovery

Public project listings, company profiles, invitations, and directory records can help Owners, GCs, and trade contractors find relevant work and participants.

Plans, takeoffs, and estimates

Uploaded plans can support AI-assisted draft extraction, takeoff, estimate, scope, and risk-review workflows. Qualified people must validate quantities, prices, assumptions, and project conditions.

Bidding and procurement records

Teams can prepare and compare bid information, clarifications, versions, and award records. AI signals are advisory; authorized people retain submission and award authority.

Project operations

The platform includes workflows for schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, daily logs, field records, photos, timesheets, and related project documentation.

Milestones and payment records

Milestone evidence, approvals, invoices, retainage, lien-waiver records, fees, internal-ledger entries, and reconciliation states can be tracked in one workflow.

Public proof of work

Permissioned public project and professional profile pages can present selected portfolio records without exposing private application data.

Important product boundaries

  • NEXUS is currently a beta software platform. Availability can vary by deployment, account, jurisdiction, and configured integration.
  • AI output is a draft or advisory signal. It is not a licensed estimate, inspection, procurement decision, legal opinion, safety approval, or payment authorization.
  • An application credit or ledger balance is not a bank balance, insured deposit, cryptocurrency, or proof that funds are held in regulated escrow.
  • Provider-backed custody, payouts, card or bank transfers, identity checks, and settlement are live only when an eligible provider integration and compliance path have been separately configured and verified.
  • Submitted licenses, insurance, tax forms, photos, or other documents are not independently verified merely because they were uploaded.
