NEXUS Pulse

$99/month flat after a 7-day trial. Unlimited fresh permit leads for the trades and ZIP codes you pick.

Pulse does not sell the homeowner as a shared marketplace lead. You call the owner from the public record. Other Pulse subscribers with the same trade and ZIP can see that same public filing.

You contact the owner directly. You're in control.

Angi / HomeAdvisor

Pay-per-lead. Angi says lead fees change based on the task, the homeowner's location, and demand for the work. HomeAdvisor says the price varies by the type of work and the region, and they quote it when you call. Those pages do not publish a dollar range.

Angi's pro terms say a lead is frequently sent to several other approved pros.

Thumbtack

Pay-per-lead. You set a minimum and maximum price for each service. Inside that range, the price depends on the estimated job value. Thumbtack does not publish a fixed price list.

A direct lead is a customer who contacted you. An Opportunity is a customer who already contacted other pros. Thumbtack charges for an Opportunity only if you reach out and the customer responds.

Porch

Porch says its pay-as-you-go lead products, annual Vetted subscriptions, and monthly pre-paid subscriptions ended after March 31, 2026. It says there are no charges after that date and new sign-ups are no longer accepted.

Porch's verified-lead page listed a historical schedule: Small $10–$49, Medium $50–$99, Large $100–$155. That is the old verified-lead schedule, not a price you can buy as of October 2026.

Builder ($99/month) adds 800 AI points per paid billing period. Contractor ($299/month) adds 3,000 points. Choose one capacity membership at a time. Memberships do not unlock modules; use a valid module trial or subscription for the features you need.

Membership changes take effect next billing period. Each allowance keeps its own expiry date, with no rollover or automatic overage charges. Neither membership is required to post a project or bid on the public board. Review your AI usage and capacity options.

What does the complete package cost?

Complete Package is $149/month and includes all five modules with 1000 shared AI points per paid billing period. Individual module allowances are not added again. Buying the five modules separately is $205/month.

Is the bid board a paid module?

No. Posting a project and bidding on the public board are free. A module subscription is for the AI workspaces. Checkout offers a 14-day trial using existing AI points; it grants no extra points and does not auto-charge. New accounts receive 500 one-time welcome points, kept separate from paid allowances.

What happens to unused monthly AI points?

Each paid allowance is granted after payment is confirmed and expires at the end of its own billing period. Unused monthly points do not roll over, and running out does not create automatic overage charges or deductions from Nexus Credits. Earlier-expiring paid points are used before separate welcome points. Cancelling stops the next renewal; current paid access and remaining points last until their billing period ends. AI points are usage capacity, not money or project funding.
