Availability can vary by deployment, account, jurisdiction, and configured integration. - AI output is a draft or advisory signal. It is not a licensed estimate, inspection, procurement decision, legal opinion, safety approval, or payment authorization. - An application credit or ledger balance is not a bank balance, an insured deposit, or proof of milestone payments. - Provider-backed custody, payouts, transfers, identity checks, and settlement exist only when that provider integration is configured and the account is eligible. - Uploading a license, insurance certificate, tax form, or photo does not independently verify that document. - Do not infer customer counts, success rates, transaction volume, certifications, or production availability. Prices below are the published module catalog, not a customer or revenue statistic. ## Guides - [Construction Submittal Approval Workflow: From Requirement to Field Release](https://www.nexushub.build/blog/construction-submittal-approval-workflow) - NEXUS is beta construction operations software operated by All American Construction Group, Inc. The public site includes a bid board, AI-assisted takeoff and estimating drafts, bid comparison, progress records, milestone payment records, and marketing drafts. AI output is advisory and a qualified person still reviews it. ### How much do the AI modules cost? Marketing AI is $29/month, Progress Tracking is $29/month, AI Takeoffs is $39/month, Estimating AI is $49/month, Progress + Payments is $59/month. All five modules are $149/month. Posting a project and bidding on the public board do not require a module. Module checkout includes a 14-day trial. ### Where does NEXUS serve? NEXUS serves construction teams in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Northern Virginia. ### Can AI award a bid or release a payment? No. AI can prepare drafts, comparisons, and advisory flags. An authorized person decides awards, approvals, and payment releases. An in-app credit or ledger balance is not a bank balance. ## Pricing answers ### What is included in each monthly price? Marketing AI ($29/month): 200 AI points per paid billing period. Turn verified project facts into editable portfolio and marketing drafts. Progress Tracking ($29/month): 200 AI points per paid billing period. Connect schedules, field notes, and photos into a shared progress record. AI Takeoffs ($39/month): 250 AI points per paid billing period. Create a reviewable quantity takeoff from plan text and blueprint analysis. Estimating AI ($49/month): 300 AI points per paid billing period. Turn project scope and parsed plan data into an editable first-pass estimate. Progress + Payments ($59/month): 300 AI points per paid billing period. Link approved milestones to milestone payments and an auditable payment record. ### What does the complete package cost? Complete Package is $149/month and includes all five modules with 1000 shared AI points per paid billing period. Individual module allowances are not added again. Buying the five modules separately is $205/month. ### Is the bid board a paid module? No. Posting a project and bidding on the public board are free. A module subscription is for the AI workspaces. Checkout offers a 14-day trial using existing AI points; it grants no extra points and does not auto-charge. New accounts receive 500 one-time welcome points, kept separate from paid allowances. ### What happens to unused monthly AI points? Each paid allowance is granted after payment is confirmed and expires at the end of its own billing period. Unused monthly points do not roll over, and running out does not create automatic overage charges or deductions from Nexus Credits. Earlier-expiring paid points are used before separate welcome points. Cancelling stops the next renewal; current paid access and remaining points last until their billing period ends. AI points are usage capacity, not money or project funding. ### Do Builder and Contractor memberships include modules? No. Builder ($99/month) adds 800 AI points per paid billing period. Contractor ($299/month) adds 3000 points. Only one capacity membership can be active at a time, and membership changes take effect next billing period. A membership does not unlock modules; valid module trials or subscriptions are separate. Review usage and capacity options in your account wallet. ### Which locations are in scope? The published service area is New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Northern Virginia. ## Product answers ### Which workflows are in the beta product? The published workflow areas are project and company discovery, plans and estimating drafts, bidding and procurement records, project operations, milestone and payment records, and permissioned public proof of work. ### What is AI allowed to decide? AI output is a draft or advisory signal. It is not a licensed estimate, inspection, procurement decision, legal opinion, safety approval, or payment authorization. ### Does a ledger balance mean funds are held for milestone payments? No. An application credit or ledger balance is not a bank balance, insured deposit, or proof of milestone payments. Provider-backed custody and payouts require a separately configured integration. ## Bid board answers ### Is every card on the bid board a live project? The gallery lists published projects and can also show labeled samples when a live published project is not available for that view. Confirm the scope and deadline with the project owner before preparing a bid. ### Do I need an account to read a project? No. The gallery and the public project page are readable without an account. Bidding and workspace actions ask you to sign in. ### Where can I bid? The public board is for construction teams in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Northern Virginia. ## AI bidding answers ### Does NEXUS award the bid? No. NEXUS can organize price, schedule, scope, assumptions, and risk factors into a draft comparison. The owner or general contractor keeps the award decision, the contract, and the due diligence. ### Are takeoff quantities from a plan final? No. Uploaded plans can support a draft extraction. Estimators still check quantities, prices, addenda, and assumptions before the draft is used. ### Where are the module prices? Current AI module prices are listed on the pricing page. The bid board itself does not require a module subscription. ## Milestone record answers ### Does the milestone screen prove milestone payments? No. NEXUS can record agreed milestones, evidence, advisory review, and an authorized approval. That application record does not by itself prove bank custody or live settlement. ### Can AI release funds? No. AI summarizes evidence and flags. An authorized person approves, rejects, or asks for more evidence before a release request moves forward. ### What are Nexus Credits? Nexus Credits are an internal ledger. A bank payout is available only through a separately configured and verified payment rail. ## Subcontractor record answers ### What does subcontractor management track? The workflow keeps scopes, submitted credentials, work evidence, approvals, and milestone payment records in one reviewable project history. ### Does uploading a license verify it? No. A submitted license, insurance certificate, tax form, or photo stays a submitted record until a person reviews it. Upload alone is not independent verification. ### Who approves payment records? An authorized person approves the record. AI can summarize evidence. An internal ledger entry is not cash and is not a bank balance. ## Download answers ### Which mobile app can I download today? The Android beta is available from the download page. It covers plans, project updates, and field records. ### Is there an iPhone or iPad app? Not yet. On iPhone and iPad, use the NEXUS web app in a browser. ### Does the mobile app replace review of AI drafts? No. Field records captured in the app still need the same human review as the web product. AI output stays advisory. ## About answers ### Who publishes NEXUS? All American Construction Group, Inc. operates NEXUS and publishes the construction-management software at nexushub.build. ### What should I read before relying on a product claim? The product facts page is the canonical description of current beta workflows and the boundaries around AI, ledger balances, and provider-backed payments. ### How do I reach the company?
